Quick replies are messages that you and our team can write, store and quickly send to contacts or groups to greet them or to answer the most frequent queries.
Quick replies allow you to save a significant amount of time by speeding up the sending of commonly used messages, which can also include images and links.
You can share quick replies with your team or keep them private. Further details about access and editing of quick replies for team members will be provided below.
For each WhatsApp number, you can create up to 300 public quick replies, or up to 50 private quick replies.
How to create your quick replies from the Dashboard
